At ElixoraCraft, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that if a product has been opened and there are no defects or issues, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

– Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

– Custom or personalized products

– Personal care items (such as beauty products)

– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
